Lovely food, a very friendly place.

The ambience, food and staff are all excellent at the Three Horseshoes, I would highly recommend this hidden gem to those living in the surrounding Leicestershire villages or visiting from afar. The cosy fire and the personal service are always memorable and the food is always perfectly cooked, fresh and delicious!

    Always a superb evening here.

Once again The Three Horseshoes fully met our expectations. The menu offered a wide selection of options and all eight members of our party were well-pleased with the quality of the food and the standard of cooking.

The food was a little disappointing as there was no veg served with our meals. My beef casserole was almost black, not burnt, just very dark. The place is cosy and has a lovely friendly atmosphere with pleasant staff.

Lovely meal. Thoroughly enjoyed. The menu was perhaps a little short (5 visits and you’ll complete the mains). However don’t think this detracts for the customer, it helps focus.

The food and service were excellent. We have eaten at The Three Horseshoes previously and certainly intend to do so again.

Great meal. Great to see and taste fabulous fresh veg in abundance!
    Good value.
    Good service.
    Great ambience.

Very good all round, eating early service and welcome were. Bread and butter very good, but not quite how Mum made it. Portions just right, food hot and well cooked. Looking forward to another occasion to go again.

    Never fails to please!

    Good once again!

    Lovely home cooked food!

Went to Three Horseshoes for Mother's day - great place - great food!

6 of us booked for Sunday lunch and the food was excellent! However it would have been good if they had brought out more vegetables with the main course as they were in very small dishes considering there was 6 of us. We asked for more which wasn't a problem but the meal then starts to cool down ( but we went with it). We also had to ask for the horse radish etc, which should be done as soon as your meal is served. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
The Three Horseshoes is a lovely pub and overall I would go back again just for the quality of the food and ambiance of the place.

This was our first visit to the Three Horseshoes. The young ladies waiting tables were excellent. Very professional, with lovely smiles. The food was well presented, delicious vegetables and served piping hot - such a welcome change. Thanks to the Chef also.

Had another lovely meal at The Three Horseshoes, there were 18 of us but the food was still good quality, with friendly service!

Great food, wine and friendly service at the Three Horseshoes!

Another fabulous meal at the Three Horseshoes, staff are always very friendly and welcoming! Thank you

The whole experience was fantastic. Staff friendly and attentive. Relaxing décor. Exceptional food. What more could we ask. We will definitely return.

Always welcoming at The Three Horseshoes Inn. The food is also cooked to order and fresh!

Fantastic meal once again, staff are very friendly. Can never leave here without some chocolates!

Had a great meal and the staff were very welcoming!

Lovely lunch time treat, great food and surroundings. Definitely will return to do the same.

Service was good and friendly - we had to send a meal back as it wasn't cooked the way we wanted it - they were apologetic, made sure we had everything else brought fresh sides and veg etc. The meal was excellent once it arrived.

Relaxed and informal atmosphere - it was a bit strange though that you couldn't see a menu at the table. You have to sit in the bar and use the blackboards then once ordered you are seated at the table. I would have preferred to be seated and left to peruse a menu there.

Enjoyable if unexceptional food, variable service, lovely setting!

I have visited the Threehorses several times! It has always been a warm and friendly pub with high end restaurant food. The steaks are absolutely delicious and the chocolates they make on the premises are to die for! Highly recommended.
