Lovely evening. Food was tasty and well presented. The service was quite slow especially the drinks. The food including drinks worked out at around £45 per person so reasonable value for money.

We say…

The White Hart Hotel is part of All Saints Hotels Limited, alongside The Crown Hotel and The Exeter Arms, and though they share the same values, each place offers something new. Situated within the village of Ufford in Lincolnshire and only a stones throw from Stamford and Peterborough, it promises its guests excellent food and a well-stocked bar.

The dishes on offer have a particularly home-grown feel, which includes the pan roasted chicken breast with braised red cabbage, roasted root vegetables and a green peppercorn sauce. Not unlike its sister properties, The White Hart’s charm lies in its desire to bring together locally sourced ingredients wherever possible to give customers an authentic and enjoyable meal.

As well as top-quality food, they offer a range of dining options to choose from, including a bar for a fairly relaxed atmosphere, an Orangery to get a feel of the outdoors and the restaurant which provides a more formal dining experience. There is also the newly added Pantry, which is perfect for private dining. Whichever of the numerous options you decide to pick, there will be a welcoming and homely atmosphere which owners Michael and Sue make sure to give.

The bar is another talking point, due to it's traditional theme. There are many local pieces on display which give an insight into the rich history of the town, making it a great location for visitors to come and find out more about Lincolnshire whilst enjoying a drink. As well as the artifacts, there is extensive selection of wine and spirits and a log burning fire for guests to sit and thaw out with their drinks as the nights get colder and winter draws in. If it’s for a civilized meal in the restaurant, or an evening of drinks in the bar, you’ll be glad you chose The White Hart Hotel . With its home-grown fayre, it keeps its roots and ensures that every guest will want to return.
