The Gedling Inn & Kitchen located in Gedling, Nottinghamshire is a newly refurbished restaurant serving true and honest British cuisine. The Gedling Inn is the second site that the A&A Pub Co have opened since the success of the White Horse in Ruddington, showing the dedication and hard work of the company to continuously create and serve exceptional tasting food in a diverse and friendly atmosphere.
Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a warm ambience with unique and bespoke furnishings that give the dining area a contemporary feel. The dining space is large enough to feel comfortable in large groups yet somehow small enough for an intimate dining experience.
The menu itself is truly delightful, whether you are dining for lunch or dinner, you will agree that the menu showcases the very best of British culture but with a unique and mouthwatering twist. Sandwich lovers, you will be pleased to know that there is a sandwich menu made especially for you to sample, all of which are avaibale on white, brown, sourdough or ciabatta bread. You can pair this with a salad and side for the ultimate lunch time treat which will keep you powered up for the rest of the day. The a la carte menu changes from time to time but boats options such as burgers, pub classics, grills and pizzas all of which can first be anticipated with a nibble or starter of your choice. For nibbles and when available, we love the chili beef nachos, the csispy mac & cheese and the chorizo in red wine and garlic; for starters, our favourites are the pil pil prawns in garlic & chilli with toasted ciabtaa, the sticky BBQ ribs with coleslaw and the thai fishcakes with sweet chilli dressing.
For those dining with children, rejoice, the Gedling Inn offers a superb menu that will keep your little ones speechless. A Sunday menu is also availabe serving epic roasts which can be made up of roast loin pork, roast sirloin of beef, roasted breat of chicken or even a tripple meat roast. Be sure to end your visit off with a heavenly dessert. Choices very, however, you can select your piece of heaven from options such as sticky toffee pudding, creme brulee, warm chocolate bronwie or a range of ice creams.
