Choose something tasty to start, such as crispy vegetable spring rolls, served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce and sesame salad, or a smoked trout and dill tartlet, served with pea puree and an apple and fennel salad. For your main course there are plenty of options, including old favourites such as sirloin steak or slow roast pork belly and stunning specialities, included breaded plaice served with garlic mash, broad beans and asparagus, drizzled with a lemon, anchovy and parsley butter.  For dessert don’t hold back on treating yourself to one of the homemade options The Dial has to offer.
