We say…

A small restaurant in Bingham whose reputation exceeds its modest premises is the Circle Eatery. This out of the way restaurant is highly rated by locals from all around Nottinghamshire and beyond thanks to its high-quality, no-nonsense approach to modern cooking. It can be found adjacent to the Bingham train station in the centre of the town, which can also be quickly reached via the A46 or A52, so dining here couldn’t be simpler.

The space is airy and clean, with a casual, contemporary dining atmosphere that you might expect in a big city, rather than a small Nottinghamshire town. The murals of Venice and quirky artwork on the walls are a feast for the eyes, while the main space is laid-back, with light round tables, gleaming dark wood furniture and soft lighting. While the Circle is capable of cooking for a huge party, it’s always popular for casual dates or catch-ups with friends, and you can be sure of receiving the same gregarious, genuinely friendly service whether you’re a newcomer or an old regular.

The Circle Eatery’s menu offers an eclectic range of dishes, and is primarily focused on crowd-pleasing burgers and pizzas, hence the emphasis on circle-shaped foods! Start with an array of smaller dishes, from freshly baked bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, to a stacked circle of caprese salad. You can also share a selection of delicious, rocket-sprinkled garlic breads and tomato bruschetta. Mains include crispy, fresh salads, as well as warming, beautifully-presented pasta dishes. The bestselling pizzas keep customers coming back, we love the pulled pork and caramelised onion offering, as well as the wonderfully named Italian Job pizza with parma ham. The burgers are made using only locally-sourced beef and chicken, or halloumi and veggies if you opt for a non-meaty version. Try the spicy char-grilled chicken breast with avocado, chilli and cheese and the cult favourite Circle mayo and chips.

There’s no other restaurant like the Circle Eatery in Bingham, Nottinghamshire, so make sure that you put it at the top of your list for your next great meal out. We advise advance booking, as tables can be in high demand.
