Thai Sabai is a contemporary restaurant located in the heart of Newark minutes from the Town Hall Museum, New Town Council and Palace Theatre. This restaurant specialises in Authentic Thai cuisine all prepared on the premises using only the finest ingredients.
Thai Sabai offers authentic Thai food as well as friendly and helpful service. It offers a large vegetarian menu too, as well as various vegan and gluten-free options, so no one will be left feeling unsatisfied. The restaurant offers a selection of noodle, rice dishes, stir fries and curries all cooked using herbs and spices which are freshly imported from Thailand. Their menu offers the classic Thai dish Kaneg Keow Wan, green curry with coconut milk, peppers and long beans all topped off with fresh Thai basil leaves. One of their specialities is Tiger Steak, sirloin steak flavoured with whisky, black pepper, garlic and the chef’s special sauce then grilled. For the noodle lovers there is Pat Thai, stir fried noodles with egg, bean sprouts and ground peanuts. There is also a whole range of choices for the vegetarians such as Tofu Pad Khing, stir friend tofu with ginger and bean sprouts all in a black bean sauce.
