Mark Hemingway –
Great service and good portions for a very reasonable price. Korma was very sweet, Passanda was a bit bland and Jalfrezi was mild, but all still very nice, tasty and hot. Nice naans too.

Very good meal after a long day in the Peaks! Had an absolute feast and still it was very cheap for what we had. But this did not affect the quality or the service which was top. Not surprised that this is a popular place!

We say…
Sangams is a Balti style restaurant situated in the picturesque village of Hathersage. It is ideal for those wanting a satisfying meal after enjoying the glorious sights and scenery of the Peak District.

With mouth-watering food such as Kofta Balti; home-made Indian spiced meatballs made with fresh fillet of lamb, cooked in a delicious thick mushroom, onion and garlic sauce. Their scrumptious Moghlai Spinach; cooked with fresh ginger and a touch of chilli. Or even their ever so tempting Chicken Nepal; a superbly different tasting dish using lemon grass, coconut, ginger, fresh coriander with capsicums, onions and tomatoes.
