Rich in vitamins and minerals, the menu, based on flat rice noodles, is a delicious yet nutritional option for dining out and sampling some South East Asian cuisine. A number of set menus offer a small banquet of dishes for excellent value for money, for example Set A offering phoenix king prawns, crispy aromatic duck, sweet and sour chicken, sizzling beef in garlic chilli sauce, mixed vegetables in garlic sauce and Yan Chow fried rice, all for £12.50. The main menu offers a huge variety of food to choose from, including many variations on each classic dish, such as salt and pepper prawn, squid, crab and chicken wings, just to name a few. Some recommended menu favourites are the Vietnamese style curry dishes, such as sliced fish green curry and lamb red curry. For sweet and sour dishes there is a fantastic amount of choice, with up to 17 different variations available. Seafood lovers should try the mixed seafood dishes, for example king prawns, scallops, squid and mussels, cooked in with ginger and spring onions. There is a large selection for vegetarians too, including tofu or vegetable only options such as aubergine in satay sauce or Pak Cho, garlic, belacan, soybean, oyster sauce and shredded ginger.
