We say…
Nottingham branch of fun restaurant chain puts a spin on the classic British pie.
When it comes to PieMinister, the clue is in the name.
This laidback, pub-style restaurant specialises in variations of pie: the pastry-based comfort food which has brought joy to many a Great British dinner table over the years.
Traditional pie fillings sit alongside more adventurous numbers on the PieMinister menu.
There’s one with chicken, chorizo, olives and butter beans, another with Indian paneer, potato, spinach, peas and chilli and a hearty vegan pie packed with chestnut mushrooms, tomatoes, quinoa, baby onion and thyme.
The restaurant itself goes for a dimly-lit, industrial chic look which is completed by striking neon signage for a fun finish. There’s an outside seating area to make the most of when the sun comes out.
PieMinister looks right out onto the central Old Market Square from Long Row West, making it really easy to find in the heart of Nottingham.
