The food and service at Paprika are always very good, the only negative is the place itself is looking a little tired, it's desperately in need of re decorating... been a few times now and the food is of a consistently high standard.

Food lovely place could do with a refurbish.

    Lovely food and service

This is a small cozy establishment with great hospitality. Quality of food excellent as always and plentiful. Very good house wine - we usually have the red. Well worth ordering the 'meal deal' too!

Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere and meal to high standard as always.

Excellent food and always polite service. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We went to Paprika for our wedding anniversary and the meal was delicious. We were offered complimentary bhajis too. Will book again!

Wonderful food that you can only expect from a sings restaurant,
We have visited this quiet venue many times and it always makes us welcome.
The wine is not over priced and the cuisine and staff are second to none.

First time visit and was very pleased, food was excellent will defiantly be visiting again!

Beautiful food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. I can highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant and we will definitely be going back.

Excellent food and great service at Paprika.

Wonderful meal, service and very very nice and helpful staff nothing too much trouble, everything great and would book, again on line as was so easy. Hope to go again very soon.

Our meal was disappointing my biryani was tasteless so were the so called pickles. I should have complained but we didnt..

Definitely one of the best Indian meals we've had. Gorgeous food even brought home what we couldn't manage as it was too nice to waste. Booked on 2-4-1 or would have been out of budget. We will go back to Paprika again.

    All to a high standard!

Really tasty and well presented meal at Paprika, a nice restaurant with friendly, helpful, and attentive staff who were always on hand if needed. We were treated to a meal for two including starter, main, naan bread and drinks, all for forty pounds. If you don't fancy the hustle and bustle of the town centre then this nice little restaurant will not disappoint. Well recommended and we shall visit again!

    Excellent meal.

Took my husband here for a special treat. The food and service was fantastic. We can't wait for our next visit.

We say…

Paprika is an family-run restaurant situated in the old market town of Gedling in Nottinghamshire. Located just a 15 minute drive from Nottingham city centre, Paprika is one of Gedling’s finer restaurants, serving tasty authentic Indian cuisine since its launch in 2001.

The fully-air conditioned  restaurant sits proudly on Main Road and features a cosy interior that is surprisingly spacious. The dining area is softly lit and the combination of deep red and soft cream shades create an ambience of warmth and tranquillity. Large floral prints adorn the walls whilst crisp white tablecloths give an elegant quality to the overall tone. There is no doubt that the owners have done a tremendous job of creating a calm and cosy  atmosphere, not only with the décor but with their extremely friendly and attentive service.

Influenced by the cooking styles of Punjab, the menu at Paprika is rich in flavour and diversity – the very reason why the motto at Paprika is ‘Taste the Difference’. Every chef is as talented and experienced as the next  and know how to create perfectly innovative dishes. Guests will appreciate the wide range of traditional Indian dishes including authentic tandoories in either chicken, lamb, fish or King Prawns, all grilled the classic way in a clay oven. Connoisseurs of Indian cuisine will adore the large selection of ‘Chefs Treasures’, which consist of unique homemade recipes prepared with an array of aromatic spices, herbs and seasonings. And of course no Indian restaurant would be complete with the classic curries and balti specials. From the rich and creamy masala to the sizzling madras, Paprika has it all.

Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff, Paprika in Gedling is ideal for a together with family or friends, whilst still being sophisticated enough for a business lunch or romantic dinner. With an assorted menu and charming surroundings, this restaurant will be sure to surpass your expectations and your budget.
