Altogether a very pleasant place. The food was hot tasted good and was served in a timely manner. A little noisy at times and the music occasionally inappropriate.

All diners have confirmed that the meal was good and they enjoyed the evening. Contact with the restaurant (Lloyd) was very communicative prior to the event and he was very helpful.

We say…

The Manor House at Quorn is recognised as the best Gastropubs the East Midlands has to offer. Situated approximately five minutes’ drive from Loughborough and in close proximity to the A6 and Junction 23 of the M1 Motorway, it offers locals, visitors and commuters alike the perfect place to meet, eat and relax.

Winning multiple awards to their use of local produce, service and catering since opening in November 2005, The Manor House is a highly regarded venue that is perfect for any occasion. Housed within a stunning building dating back to the 19th century, there is a large bar that serves a wide range of local ales and a well-stocked wine cellar for you to sample prior to taking a sear in the beautifully decorated dining room.

The restaurant combines contemporary décor with rustic touches to create a comfortable dining space that has a cosy and welcoming ambience. Wooden tables paired with mismatched chairs, long window tables and a gentle fern green colour scheme keeps the entire room light, airy and open.

The menu offers guests British classics with a twist. Utilising the very best of local Leicestershire produce, you can expect to find dishes such as pan roasted duck breast served with an oriental salad of bean sprouts and water chestnuts; homemade local beef and Guinness pie; and roast tenderloin of pork with asparagus and a mustard crème fraiche sauce. There are several vegetarian options on the main menu as well as a delicious lunch menu and a tempting Sunday lunch that offers the full traditional roast using local produce. The friendly staff ensure that all of your needs are taken care of promptly and professionally, making it an excellent choice for families with children and groups of friends all the way to business colleagues.

With ample free parking and conference facilities in the function room, The Manor House at Quorn is an incredibly versatile venue that can tailor itself to meet your requirements whether you're hosting a family celebration or a business meeting. It's perfect for showing off the very best of British produce and cuisine.
