We say…
Housed within the Old Post Office, in the centre of City Square, Loch Fyne is Leeds’ most popular fish and seafood restaurant. As one of several Loch Fyne restaurants across the United Kingdom, there is a high standard of sophistication that makes Loch Fyne exceptional.
The Old Post Office is a stunning historical landmark that makes the perfect setting for a first class meal. Spread across two floors, the restaurant’s dining room is just as impressive as the exterior , with a fresh and airy feel that retains a hint of class without being overstated. Neutral décor and wooden furnishings exude a relaxed and comfortable setting, allowing guests to focus completely on the tastes and aromas that surround them. To top it all off, the well-informed staff are there to ensure that every need is met with ease.
The menu at Loch Fyne places its emphasis on freshness and flavour; packing in a diverse collection of seafood delights. With dishes such as smoked salmon fishcake served with roasted baby vegetables; and a spicy King Prawn masala with tamarind, ginger, lime and basmati rice there is something to suit every palette. The menu also offers a range of meat and vegetarian dishes that are every bit as delicious as the fish. Try the smoked chicken pasta with roasted artichoke, olive tapenade, coriander and a hint a chili in a light cream sauce; or the pea and shallot gnocchi served with fresh edamame bass. Finally, let Loch Fyne tempt you with one of their lip-smacking desserts whether you’re a cheesecake fanatic or ice cream purist.
With impeccable staff, a spacious interior and fresh seafood that cannot be faulted, Loch Fyne is a fantastic venue for every occasion. Whether you’re a seafood lover or not, you will be sure to find a dish that will delight your taste buds at Loch Fyne in Leeds.

The restaurant wasn't that busy but was showed to a table at the far corner where there wasn't anyone so felt a bit out of it! The service was very good and the young waiter was very pleasant and helpful! The food was delicious and cooked right!

Food lovely, waiter excellent and very apologetic, but service incredibly slow. We ordered pudding but gave up as, after two hours (from arriving) we had to leave. Apparently only one, new, chef on duty.
