We say…

The Living Room restaurant and bar is situated on Greek Street in an area that is rapidly forming a reputation as the place to drink and dine in Leeds. Its close proximity to the hub of Leeds nightlife means that a visit to The Living Room can be enjoyed as a standalone outing or as a prelude to a day’s shopping or an evening sampling the best of Leeds after dark.

The Living Room Leeds is just one of fourteen Living Room venues across the UK and the brand has quickly become synonymous with luxury and sophistication. Leeds is no exception. Spread across two floors with an exceptional first floor dining room it is the perfect backdrop for an intimate evening, special occasion or if you just feel like treating yourself. Each room has a different theme to it, whether it be fresh and chic with white furniture and silver highlights or deep and sumptuous with silk curtains, black tables and dark wood.

Guests have a massive choice when it comes to dining options with the a la carte menu providing a ‘British Fusion’ menu packed with exotic dishes as well as a good selection of classic British and global fusion dishes that encompass steaks, fish and seafood and lighter bites. Standout dishes include the 28-day aged Rib eye steak; Gressingham Duck with duck fat chips; homemade ricotta gnocchi with buttered samphire; and the ‘Living Room Burger’ with a brioche bun, burger sauce and fries. The bar menu is just as extensive, with a range of tempting grazers for anytime of the day.

If you are in search of a sophisticated dining establishment with a menu that is both traditional and innovative, a visit to The Living Room in Leeds is highly recommended. If you get there early enough you will be treated to the delightful sounds of their resident pianist playing on the Baby Grand.

    Overall:

Had the set 3 course menu. Good choice of food, very well presented and tasted as good as it looked. Food was fresh, steaks cooked to perfection. With drinks the bill was £66 for two of us. Our server was Katie who excelled at customer service, she never rushed us and nothing was too much trouble. Anyone thinking of trying this place out, don't hesitate book today.

Super meal and service especially close to Christmas. Service - great - just at a nice pace. A bit pricey but well worth it. Will certainly go there again.

    Overall:

First time we've visited and we've lived in Leeds for a few years now. We had a very pleasant evening. The food was delicious though at £66 for two people it is a tad pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Slight complaint that the music was a bit loud but for a Saturday night we expected that.
