The menu has been expertly put together by dedicated chefs, with a wide range of old favourites and Gurkha specialities. Start with something hot and flavoursome, such as chilli chicken cooked with peppers, onion and soya sauce. The Jeera Allo is a fresh and tasty vegetarian option of potato cooked with cumin and spring onion. Cooked in a traditional tandoori oven, the tandoori specials are a fantastic option, authentically cooked and full of flavour. Try the Paneer Saslic for traditional Indian cottage cheese cooked with green peppers, onions and tomatoes, marinated with yoghurt and spices and cooked in a tandoori oven.  For your main, choose from a variety of dishes such as tikka masalas, kormas, madras or dhansaks – each made with your choice of meat or prawns. The speciality menu offers something a little bit different and is full of flavours using traditional Nepalese spice blends. Choose the Gurkha special korma for boneless chicken or lamb gently cooked in a special creamy sauce with ground cashew nuts, almonds and mango. For a medium heat dish straight from Nepal, choose a bhutwa, a Nepalese speciality cooked with dried red chilli and crushed garlic, made with your choice of chicken, lamb, duck, goat or king prawn.
