We say…

Browns Brasserie is located right in the heart of Sheffield’s lively city centre, right outside the Peace Gardens on St. Paul’s Parade. It’s in a great spot to head to after running errands in town or if you want to start your night here and carry on for drinks afterwards, as it’s not far from anywhere in the centre. This particular restaurant is one of 25 across the UK and is famous for serving sophisticated, timeless food in unique settings.

Overlooking the award-winning Peace Gardens, Browns Brasserie is in a fantastic spot to enjoy the beauty of Sheffield. Inside, you’ll find an exquisitely decorated interior, with gorgeous chandeliers suspended from the lofty ceilings. You can choose to eat in the relaxing downstairs open space, or enjoy the nice views from the upstairs area.

Depending on your mood, Browns has the menu to suit you. If you fancy heading out for a posh breakfast or brunch, then you can go for a full English with delicious dry smoked bacon, or a fresh fruit salad with thick Greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey. Browns also has great value lunch options, from classic hot dogs to the luxurious ricotta, truffle and beetroot tortellini. You also can’t go wrong heading here for dinner, as they have delicious options to suit everyone. We love the perfectly executed, classic Korev fish and twice-cooked chips with a fresh mint and pea puree and shallot fricassee. For a similarly delicious vegetarian option, try the filo parcel of sweet potato, squash, mushroom with stilton and cranberry, served with a gorgeous grilled pear and rocket base.

Browns is also great for a special occasion, as they have specially designed large group menus for a fantastic price. It’s also well worth stopping by for a memorable afternoon tea of finger sandwiches, fruit scones and champagne.

Browns Brasserie and Bar is one of Sheffield’s most popular venues, so ensure to book ahead of time to enjoy a fantastic meal and some of their signature drinks in a one-of-a-kind restaurant.
