Rocket @ Saltwater Nottingham joins Go dine

If you’ve ever ventured within the Cornerhouse complex in Nottingham city centre – and we’re willing to bet that you have, there’s a very high chance that you’ve noticed Saltwater. Whether you’re a veteran visiting religiously every weekend or are still yet to venture inside and see what all the fuss is about, you can now, the arrival of the first Rocket bar and restaurant outside of London will see you enjoying all of the Saltwater’s previous charm but with a Rocket twist.

Rocket @ Saltwater has seen the previously toned down décor of Nottingham’s premier rooftop bar and restaurant replaced with a vibrant and bold new look enhancing the fantastic space available to drinkers and diners. The rooftop terrace has been cleared up and whilst some may mourn the loss of the Saltwater palm tree, the new all-weather seating area more than makes up for it.

The menu has also undergone a complete overhaul with the in-house restaurant now offering a decadent selection of signature and seasonal mains and pizzas as well as a delicious bar menu that’s available throughout the day. In addition to their tasty vegetarian options there’s even a well-thought out gluten-free menu available all day long which means that everyone can enjoy dining at Nottingham’s trendiest hang out.

Whilst the transformation may seem drastic on the outside, the heart of Saltwater still beats on and you will still find the same fantastic drinks selection complete with an extensive cocktail, wine, bubbles and beer menu on offer. Throughout the week and at the weekends live DJ’s, artists and bands also frequent the social scene, adding even more depth to this already multi-dimensional establishment.

We are incredibly pleased to welcome Rocket @ Saltwater to the Go dine family. If you want to know more about Rocket as well as viewing photos, menus and offers, simply follow the link to Rocket @ Saltwater Nottingham or view the rest of our restaurants in Nottingham city centre.
