El Bareto in Leeds is like having a little slice of Spain in your own back garden. Tucked away on Gledhow Valley it’s an inconspicuous venue that hides a multitude of secrets just waiting to be discovered.
Those who have never visited El Bareto, shame on you! This is a delightful little venue that has an authentic taverna feel as well as delicious food and hosts frequent live music nights that will have you singing into your San Miguel until the early hours.
A typical Friday night at El Bareto would consist of a hearty meal of tapas (jalapeno croquettes, chorizo sausage in cider and chicken in spicy, home-made batter would be some of our choices!) followed by a few cheeky Spanish beers and then a fantastic live set from a fantastic band! If you missed it this Friday then you have the chance to witness the weekend all over again this Tuesday!
That’s right, Tuesday the 7th February 2012 is the new weekend, but with a chilled out twist! For one night only you can witness the cool acoustic blues and soulful swing of the Purple Chilli Trio at El Bareto.
So why not have a browse of El Bareto’s menus and photos before booking your table online to make sure you’ve got the best seat in the house! It’s as simple as clicking!
If you can’t party on a school night then why not recreate that taverna feeling by watching the live stream that the wonderful team at El Bareto will be providing for all you lovely people. Simply click on the Go Dine Facebook link and follow our links to the El Bareto page! Simples!
