Loch Fyne Celebrates Burns Night…

‘Some hae meat and canna eat,

And some wad eat that want it;

But we hae meat, and we can eat,

And sae let the Lord be thankit.’

A Burns supper is held in celebration of the Scottish poet Robert Burns, a literary genius who penned well over 600 poems and songs during his lifetime. Every day on his birthday, 25th January, Burns suppers and nights are held to celebrate his life and his works.

If travelling to Scotland is a little inconvenient then Loch Fyne might just be the perfect venue for you to remember Burns and reflect on his huge influence on Scottish poetry. On the evening of 25th January you are warmly invited to attend a Burns Night supper at Loch Fyne Nottingham.

For £21.95 per person you can enjoy three courses of delicious Scottish-inspired dishes as well as a wee dram of Talisker or a glass of wine to start. Choose from a superb selection of authentic Scottish dishes that include haggis, neeps and tatties, Cullen Skink (smoked haddock soup), Bradan Rost and Cranachan.

If you’re looking to celebrate Burns Night then Loch Fyne is the place for you. Book your table online by visiting our Loch Fyne Nottingham page and selecting the Burns Night offer, or call the restaurant direct on 0115 994 0567.
