We say…

Unsurprisingly found in Beeston (and part of a golf club) Beeston Fields Golf Club is a short walk away from the town centre. A 10-minute drive from Wollaton Park and not far away from Lenton Abbey, it’s perfectly a great place for a dinner before a shopping trip into the city or just somewhere to grab some food before working on your handicap on the back 9.

The Golf Club is a beautiful place as it’s changing its scenery with every season. The restaurant is spacious and full of light, overlooking the golf course, making it the perfect afternoon tea location. There are stylish chairs as well as sofas scattered around to relax after filling. The bar is also impressive; all done up in cool, dark brown wood panels and cream parameter with small lamps hanging to light up the dark spots.

The menu here is limited and seasonal and offers a variety of food depending on the availability of ingredients. A set menu for breakfast, Sunday roasts as well as afternoon tea can be found but has to be booked in advance every time. Beeston Fields also often throws themed parties and events, with a specially selected menu prepared from event to event. A highlight of their regular menu is the Sunday Roast, which is a traditional carvery featuring fresh-cut and succulent sides of beef and pork. More than just a roast dinner, everything is painstakingly prepared and the golf club provides a true Sunday roast experience.

Beeston Fields is an oasis of calm, away from everyday noise and stress. The catering and waiting staff are off the highest quality and strive to make sure your visit is a delight in every way. Whether you in you are looking for lunch somewhere pleasant or a Sunday roast, Beeston Fields Golf Club is a venue you’ll want to try out
