A really cool restaurant, good location, atmosphere and food! I recommend people try this style of tapas at Baresca in Nottingham. I have eaten there twice and been very pleased with my experiences. The only low note was the slowness in service on this visit – which is not good during the working week. But do not let that stop you trying Baresca.

We say…

Share a taste of Barcelona at tucked-away tapas bar.

Inspired by the hustle and bustle of Barcelona’s busy La Boqueria market, prepare for the tastes and smells of Catalonian style tapas when you visit Baresca in Nottingham city centre.

Exposed brickwork and piping gives an industrial ambience, while downstairs the cellar bar doubles up as a live music venue to emulate the underground bars of Spain’s cultural hot spot.

Found on Byard Lane between Bridlesmith Gate and Weekday Cross, this Lace Market bar successfully brings the spirit of La Boqueria Market to Nottingham.
