Good number of items on the menu - most worthy trying. Seems to be popular with families. Third time we've been and would keep going based on the last few experiences. Would highly recommend the pizzas!

We say…

Behind the inviting Georgian exterior of Ask, Leicester is a fine example of the high standards expected from the Ask chain of restaurants. Conveniently located close to the shopping centre, booking is recommended for this popular restaurant.

Ask has a reputation for simple Italian food and excellent service. Their restaurant in Leicester is certainly no exception. You will be warmly greeted by attentive staff who create a friendly atmosphere for casual dining. The interior is simply decorated which gives the restaurant a rustic feel befitting the unfussy cuisine.

If you are a frequent visitor to Ask, you will notice that the menu evolves constantly to reflect the freshness and passion of Italian cuisine. Top chef Theo Randall develops new and exciting dishes to the menu to tantalize the palette.

Students can enjoy a UniDays + NUS discount here. Please contact the restaurant for more information.

The well thought out menu has something for everyone so the restaurant is a popular choice for those looking for an inexpensive lunch time meal or relaxed evening dining. The food is freshly cooked to order from carefully selected ingredients and the dishes are based on authentic Sicilian classics.

As in any good Italian restaurant children will be well looked after. The Ask chain is known for its long standing family friendly policies. The reasonably priced children’s menu includes a good choice of kids’ favourites.

The kitchen is visible from the seating are so you can catch glimpses of the chef preparing your order form scratch. There is a good selection of vegetarian dishes and an impressive children’s menu. If you have any special dietary needs then the chef will happily adapt your favourite dish to meet your requirements. With its fresh food and friendly service, you could do no better to head for Ask Leicester for an excellent value meal.
