Enjoyed the ambiance, lovely staff and food really good - had the buffet no complaints, definitely would go again!

Curry was beautiful as usual service was very good. Would gladly go again

Great atmosphere and the best of staff! Top quality restaurant, the best Indian food available in Leeds by a landslide!

Went to this restaurant with my wife and two daughters. Great night, couldn't fault anything!

Excellent service at Aagrah, we were seated upon arrival and drinks ordered. We were given detailed information on all items and advice. Only niggle I would have is to have asked more of a choice for the bland pallet aka little toddlers however, we did get two Chicken Kormas on the house.

Excellent food and service at Aagrah!

Everything at Aagrah in Leeds was 10 out of 10.

We say…

Aagrah is situated in the vibrant St Peter’s Square, Leeds’ busy theatre hub. Close to West Yorkshire Playhouse and Northern Ballet, it's the perfect location to enjoy a pre-theatre meal. Less than one mile away from the centre of the city, you don’t have to go out of the way to pay Aagrah a visit.

Aagrah's interior is stylish and modern, with wide windows facing out onto the street, sleek wooden flooring and an intricately patterned feature wall. Settle into one of the cosy sofas and enjoy a drink from the well-stocked bar, hidden away to the side of the venue: the perfect place for friends to unwind after their meal. The exclusive VIP room is also available for private dining, perfect for any special occasion.

The menu at Aagrah is extensive and eclectic, since Aagrah pride themselves upon catering to all diets and offering both traditional and original, creative meals. Start your meal with the popular Chicken Pakora, deep-fried in a spicy batter and served with a green salad, or enjoy a light and healthy lentil-based Daal Soup. For your main dish, the classic curry menu invites you to try a chicken hyderabadi, a distinctly rich and full flavoured dish cooked with spices, green coriander, fresh cream, yoghurt, tomatoes, garlic, ginger in bay leaf juices, cardamom, poppy seeds and cloves.  If you’re spoilt for choice, order the mixed grill: a mix of seekh kebab, lamb chops, machli masala and chicken tandoori served with pilau rice, mixed vegetables and salad. The Special Vegetable menu allows those who don’t fancy any meat to try a range of popular vegetable based dishes, great if you can't make your mind up or want to experience as much as you can! The extensive menu has something for everyone, with varying amounts to spice, catering to seasoned curry eaters and beginners alike.

If you want some tasty Indian food in walking distance from Leeds' city centre, stop by Aagrah for a throughly enjoyable dining experience. Groups are welcome in this spacious venue and couples can cosy up out of the way with a glass of wine.
