A very honest family run restaurant with high standards.

    Food was amazing!

A nice welcome and good service. Couldn’t fault anything. Was suprised how busy it was for a Wednesday evening. Have been before and will go again!

Lovely meal ... can't fault it. New waiter who had only started that night was lovely and helpful.

Had a Lasagne. Portion on small side and only warm. Dessert over priced and service was rushed. Always checking if your finished.
    Better Italian restaurants for price.

    Great meal, service and atmosphere!

Fantastic food and service! And really well priced! Would recommend to anyone

Excellent food and service. Best Italian food I've eaten!

Me and my partner had a three course meal the food was perfectly cooked and tasted sublime couldn’t fault the food at all. Service was second to none and the staff were very friendly and courteous will definitely return.

This was my first time I'd visited Vivo and certainly will not be the last. The place is stunning the food was absolutely amazing. I love Italian food and this has been the best in Northants I have visited. 1st class. Thank you

Had an enjoyable evening celebrating a friends birthday. Food was very tasty and excellent value for money. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The waiter even sang happy birthday when he brought out the cake.

Excellent service and lovely atmosphere. No loud music so perfect for some good conversation. Very professional.

Food was good at Vivo, ambience too noisy for us. Service just okay. Good for parties, not good for couples.

Took husband for birthday meal here with family. Seemed nice and welcoming. Few issues on arrival such as having to ask for menus to be available on the table. Pleased there was a gluten free option. Have to say although the food was really nice, the service was poor, we had to wait ages before we could order food as the staff were stood around chatting with one another, had to call them over to take our order, same for clearing away the starters. We had to ask for the bill to be corrected twice as there were items on there that we had not had. Overall it was an ok experience. Would we go back....probably not.

Fantastic! The food is amazing and the service was brilliant. Fantastic value for money! Would definitely go back.

This is the second time I've been to Vivo in Kettering. I think the food is excellent and the staff are incredibly genuine and friendly.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was good and the food was hot, very tasty and well presented. All in all a very pleasant way to spend an evening. We will definitely be returning.

    Excellent Italian food, highly recommended.

We say…

Located just outside Kettering town centre is Vivo, an Italian restaurant that prides itself on serving up delicious, authentically cooked Italian food for very reasonable prices. Its location along the main high street and the addition of a 50 space car park makes Vivo Italian restaurant in Kettering an easily accessible and excellent choice for lovers of Italian cuisine.

This restaurant is suited to all occasions, whether it be for an early dinner, a meal with friends or family, large parties or even a quick business lunch. Inside the dining room is bright and incredibly modern and chic with black chairs, white walls and the odd flash of red from the napkins. There is an open kitchen which means that diners can watch their food being prepared for them in the clay oven, right in front of their eyes.

The Italian cuisine on offer is of the finest order combining a taste of Italy with the freshest produce sourced largely from local suppliers. The menu is extensive and there is a wide range of pizza, pasta and vegetarian dishes. Popular dishes include the Filetto Rossini - a prime beef fillet cooked in a sauce of demi-glace and marsacon rucola la wine and served on toast with pâté, Spigiola con Gamberetti – oven-baked fillet of sea bass served with prawns and a cherry tomato sauce, and Gnocchi Sorrentina - oven-baked potato gnocchi with tomato sauce, garlic and basil and topped with mozzarella.

The team at Vivo Kettering are always on hand providing high standards of attentive yet unobtrusive service, allowing guests to take their meal at their own pace. The menu at Vivo is well priced for its quality and the wine list provides a range of fine Italian wines, all of which have been selected to work well with the dishes on offer.
