With classics such as Butter Masala and Barrah Champ;select cuts of lamb, soaked in a marinade of crushed garlic cloves, coriander, desi chillies and yoghurt then cooked over hot charcoal, guests are spoilt for choice and will not be disappointed, whatever they order.
