The menus are seasonal and change daily in order to take advantage of the best ingredients available. Examples of what you can expect on a visit to The Moorings include the starter of salmon and haddock rillettes with a refreshing cucumber salad, followed by a succulent confit belly of Long Buckby pork served with black pudding mash, black pudding sausage and a rich red wine jus.
