The Lawrence

Deriving its name from the English writer D. H. Lawrence, the restaurant offers diners a sumptuous British menu in classical and traditional surroundings. In keeping with the English theme, the menu is a truly British affair that is packed with classic dishes with an added twist. The talented and highly experience Chefs have created a stunning menu that showcases classic British flavours using local produce. You can expect to find dishes such as 8oz Buccleuch sirloin steak with café de Paris butter, button mushrooms and hand-cut chips, poached smoked haddock with bubble and squeak, a poached egg and hollandaise sauce, and confit of duck leg with duck breast, puy lentils, fig, mulled pear and a ginger foam.
