Holding an AA rosette since 2001, a rare accolade for a Thai restaurant, Thai Edge have a strong base of loyal customers that is growing daily. The award-winning cuisine is, in part, down to their internationally renowned Chef who brings with him the culinary heritage of Thailand. He has honed his recipes and techniques through years of experience and brings 145authentic Thai dishes to the taste buds of Leeds. Using only the freshest ingredients you can expect to find dishes such as Phed Nam Makam, roasted duck topped with shredded cucumber and tamarind sauce; and Pla Pae Sa, steamed seabass fillets with a spicy and sour sauce, tamarind sauce, lime juice, lemongrass, spring onion and sour plum sauce, garnished with crushed chillies. There is a vast selection of seafood, fish, vegetarian, beef, pork, duck and chicken dishes meaning there is something to suit everyone’s tastes.
