Michelin-starred Indian restaurant chef, Vineet, is the executive chef at The Bird Restaurant, and James Martin has just taken the reins at the Leeds Kitchen, both of which are housed within the magnificent Alea Casino.
Outside Leeds in the suburbs, diners will find an array of restaurants with independent and individual backgrounds. In Horsforth you find the quaint and utterly unique Outside In restaurant, serving a range of Italian and American influenced cuisine. In Headingley and dotted around the area you will find the locally renowned Olive Tree restaurants and the growing in popularity Giorgio’s, all owned by Bazuki-playing George Psarais.
