Executive Chef Mark Hines and his team create stunning dishes that are designed to wow your taste buds. To start, why not try the beautiful, homemade Gravadlax served with roasted beetroot, a lime dressing and Bellini pancakes before tucking into the English Roast Rump of Lamb with pea mash. The desserts will have those with a sweet tooth itching to finish their meal and the Chef’s signature dish of Mango and Apricot Melba in a box with vanilla ice cream is a firm favourite with regulars.
