How do I update my profile?
Simply click the edit profile button in your my Go dine account, amend the details and press save.
My points are not showing, why is that?
We have to review all the feedback left before we credit the points, this should not take longer than a couple of days. If there are any problems use the contact section us.
How do I cancel a booking?
Simply find the reservation you wish to cancel and click ‘cancel’. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the booking has been cancelled.
Note: Please ensure you cancel as soon as you can to avoid causing problems for the restaurant.
