Mexico restaurant, Derby, is a traditional and friendly Mexican eatery situated on Sadler Gate; an area in Derby that is renowned for its popularity with drinkers and diners. From vegetable fajitas to steak quesadilla, Mexico has it all. The menu is extensive and offers guests an exceptional range of Mexican fare including the delicious house speciality cassoulet, packed with chorizo and pork sausages with beans, mushrooms and a cheese and chilaquile topping. The pre-theatre menu is also incredibly good value for money and offers a starter and main from the Classico section of the menu for a bargain price.

The restaurant was very busy with Christmas booking, which meant tables were placed quite close together. However, we still received prompt service, food was tasty and hot. Our plates were cleared! We were given plenty of time to finish our drinks and relax following the meal. Would definatley go again and one of the nicer Mexican restaurants in Derby.

Pre-Theatre Menu @ £9.95 each was very good value for money, decent portion sizes and nicely presented. Very nice restaurant.

Enjoyed the pre-theatre meal and and was even persuaded to have a tequila. Next time were going will be later on so we can stay longer and have a few more!
