Hellidon Lakes really is a hidden gem with the restaurant playing a key role in attracting guests from far afield. Hellidon Lakes is now home to a recently completed stunning al fresco dining area and conservatory perfect for summer months. When available start with the Chicken and Mediterranean vegetable terrine or the Salmon Tartar with Dill Crème Fraiche which are both good options. Follow with Slow Cooked belly of Pork or Braised beef with roasted vegetables and a punchy horseradish sauce for a sustaining and comforting meal.
