Located on London Road, just up from The Crown and Cushion and the Trinity Vineyard Church is La Dolce Vita, formerly known as San Marco. The restaurant is under the management of Nav, whose Anoki restaurants have been littered with accolades and awards including a place in The Times top ten and ‘Restaurant of the Year’ award. He now brings his Midas touch to La Dolce Vita.
The plate glass windows at the front of the restaurant draws the eye in to the warmth and opulence within. The restaurant is stunning, a gently lit space with accents of bright red, pure whites and sumptuous golds with mirrors and huge paintings adorning the walls. La Dolce Vita is big enough for the best of dinner parties yet small enough for an intimate dining experience.
On the menu you can expect to find a good range of Italian classics including Lasagne Al Forno, Colzone; a folded pizza stuffed with tomato, mozzarella, mushroom and chicken and the decadent Filleto Rossini; a seriously tender fillet steak bedded on toasted bread, topped with duck pate and truffle oil covered in a rich madeira sauce.
As you would expect, there is a comprehensive wine list that has something to suit every taste, and pocket. Dining at La Dolce Vita is a truly special experience and will make any occasion memorable. We recommend that you book your table in advance due to the popularity of this venue.
