Located on Lower Hardwick Street, Kwei Lin is situated just a two minute walk from the popular retail district of Buxton and five minutes’ walk from the Old Theatre. The interior of the restaurant is neutrally decorated with a classic twist that makes the dining room homely and comfortable. The restaurant is able to seat up to 90 diners without feeling cramped, even for larger parties as there are round tables featuring a rotating centre, allowing you to share your meal with family and friends without dipping any elbows in anyone’s dinner.
From the menu, diners can enjoy classics such as the moist, yet crispy, Aromatic Duckling that comes served with pancakes, spring onions, cucumber and hoi sin sauce and the delicious Cantonese Lemon Chicken. There is also a good selection of vegetarian dishes such as Fried Mixed Fresh Vegetables in a mildly spicy sauce on top of clear noodles and the Sizzling Bean Curd in Black Bean sauce. They also offer very reasonably priced set menus that feature some of the best-loved dishes.
