With all the meat sourced from a local butcher and the vegetables grown roughly three miles from the restaurant, Kitchen Garden aim to use as much locally sourced produce as possible. You can expect to see dishes such as pan-fried rib eye steak served with roasted vine tomatoes, mushrooms and pont-neuf potatoes; seared pave of salmon and Greenshell mussels served with crayfish in a white wine sauce with dill cream; and minted pea risotto atop a bed of green and red kale.
