  4. How do I know my booking been made?
    you will receive an email confirmation and you can also check your my Go dine account to see the status of the booking.
  5. When do I get my rewards points?
    the day after your booking you will be able to leave a review of the restaurant in your my Go dine account.  After we have checked your review and cleared it, you will receive your reward points”  to learn more about Go reward points click here
Group bookings...

Go dine is great for helping you to organise parties and work do’s...
Within each restaurants page you can read about group and party booking facilities for that restaurant.  You can also either email groups@godine.co.uk or call our dedicated team on 01159 506 804

 

Credit card details...
We may need to take your card details, particularly on bookings for 9 people or more and when taking Christmas reservations.  This is usually when a restaurant asks us to do so as they want to encourage diners to fulfil their bookings.  However, if you do need to cancel please do so as soon as possible, with at least 24 hours notice and you won’t be charged.

 

Can part of my group access the special offer?
Unfortunately not.  You can only use a special offer that is up to the amount available for. Generally larger bookings will gain a lot of points anyway that can go towards free meal.

 

How far in advance should I be making my bookings?
This can vary, although if you book a week or two in advance then you should be fine.  Sometimes you can even booking up to 30 minutes before you dine.  Equally there are some restaurants that are booked up to 6 weeks in advance on a Saturday night, like World Service.


Will I have to put deposits and minimum spends on private dining rooms?
Some venues do not charge for the use of their private dining rooms and function rooms and some do.  We take away some of the hassle here as we know which do and which don’t so we can always advice you on this.  Call us on 01159 506 804 for help and advice on making a group booking or click the group booking button on the restaurants page for more on an individual restaurants requirements.

All bookings you make will be followed up by an email, simply follow the link to leave feedback or log into your my Go dine account and select leave feedback. Don’t forget any points you have earned will clear soon after you leave feedback.

Simply visit the website or make one call to us and we’ll take care of things and let us handle the cancellations you make with the restaurant. We may also surprise you with our ability to get you into restaurants which you may find are otherwise full as we are friends with the management.

  • High level of security if credit card details are taken, which are deleted after the booking.
  • Make cancellations with ease in your my Go dine account.

 

Can I book over the phone?
Yes – bookings can be made over the phone on 01159 506 804.

Waiting for the confirmation on a booking?
We aim to turn bookings around in 30 minutes. However if you have not heard back within 2 hours please do email us on bookings@godine.co.uk

 

How do I make special requests like a particular table or inform a restaurant of my dietary requirement?
When making your booking you will notice a special requests box.  Simply fill that in and we will pass it onto the restaurant.  As ever special requests are at the discretion of the restaurant.
