We may need to take your card details, particularly on bookings for 9 people or more and when taking Christmas reservations. This is usually when a restaurant asks us to do so as they want to encourage diners to fulfil their bookings. However, if you do need to cancel please do so as soon as possible, with at least 24 hours notice and you won’t be charged.
Can part of my group access the special offer?
Unfortunately not. You can only use a special offer that is up to the amount available for. Generally larger bookings will gain a lot of points anyway that can go towards free meal.
How far in advance should I be making my bookings?
This can vary, although if you book a week or two in advance then you should be fine. Sometimes you can even booking up to 30 minutes before you dine. Equally there are some restaurants that are booked up to 6 weeks in advance on a Saturday night, like World Service.
Will I have to put deposits and minimum spends on private dining rooms?
Some venues do not charge for the use of their private dining rooms and function rooms and some do. We take away some of the hassle here as we know which do and which don’t so we can always advice you on this.
