For 30 years Hambleton Hall has been the region’s favourite Michelin-starred fine-dining destination. Aaron Patterson, head chef since 1991, cooks with great energy and flair, specialising in using the finest seasonal ingredients to create exquisite modern British cuisine. Herbs, salads and berries from the kitchen garden, top-quality seafood and game dishes of all kinds (when in season) are all specialties you can enjoy within Hambleton Hall’s sumptuous surroundings.

Hambleton Hall is luxurious in the best sense of the word and offers a service perfectly crafted to suit the occasion. Whether it’s a lunch party for two, a wedding breakfast for 60 guests or a reception for 64, the dining room, private dining room, study or croquet pavilion can be configured to create just the right setting – and the hotel can also be hired for exclusive use.

In the elegant restaurant, sommelier Dominique Baduel presides over a real wine-lovers wine list with lots of interest at all levels, and restaurant director Graeme Matheson has been delivering the warmest welcome and smoothest service for some 25 years.
