Situated in the spa town of Buxton in the heart of the Peak District is the Lee Wood Hotel a historic Georgian venue that is independently owned and managed by John Millicon and his team. The Elements restaurant is situated in a beautiful light and airy conservatory to the west of the building and commands views over the garden and beyond. Elements have received many accolades for their cuisine including an AA rosette every year for the past decade and diners will not be disappointed by the level of technique or quality of produce that is poured into every dish.
Diners are welcome to sit back, relax and enjoy the bar area with a pre-meal drink and peruse the menu before meandering through to the restaurant area. All dishes are individually prepared and diners are welcome to 1, 2 or 3 courses entirely depending on hunger and budget. If it is a full dining affair you are seeking Slow Baked BellyPork with smoked potato puree, roast Granny Smiths with sage and mustard sauce or for the adventurous Goats cheese Panacotta, pear crisps and Balsamic sorbet is unique and delicious. Crispy Duck, Lyonnaise Potatoes, oriental sauce, peanuts and spring onions is an excellent Asian inspired dish, but for the traditionalists Medallions of Lancashire Spring Lamb, garlic roast potato, stuffed tomatoes and wild mushrooms is sure to be a winner.
Elements restaurant is an excellent venue for large corporate bookings, weddings and slow meandering evenings with loved ones, book online for text message confirmation.
