Dino Café and Wine Bar is situated on the edge of Nottingham’s historic Lace Market. In close proximity to the hub of Nottingham’s night life as well as the Capital FM Arena and Broadmarsh shopping centre it is one of the city’s most popular wine bars that prides itself on serving honest Italian cuisine.
Tucked away on Warser Gate, Dino’s is a haven for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city centre. It is a small venue that packs a lot into the space it has. As you enter the restaurant, a comfortable lounge area beckons guests to take a seat in one of the comfy chairs and relax. A long bar runs along one wall where you can order everything from top class champagne to perfectly mixed cocktails, ciders, lagers and fine Italian coffee. A piano sits in one corner and a step down leads you into the main dining area. With rustic wooden tables including long benches that are perfect for large group bookings, the atmosphere when dining at Dino’s is relaxing and a welcome break from the million-mile an hour life many of us lead today.
The café restaurant offers cakes and Italian coffees from 11am alongside a light lunch menu that offers a good selection of freshly prepared dishes that will tempt you to take an extended lunch break and relax for an hour or two. The main menu offers a good selection of pastas, salads, steaks and other main dishes, all of which are freshly prepared to order. The 8oz sirloin steak, locally sourced from the Nottinghamshire area, come highly recommended for meat lovers whilst the mozzarella chicken served with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans and a tomato sauce will satisfy even the fussiest eaters. A few select vegetarian dishes are also available, but choices are limited.
Dino’s is an intimate venue that serves as the perfect base from which to explore the Nottingham night life. With gentle acoustic music playing in the background, you can’t fail at feeling instantly relaxed from the moment you step through the door. Whether you are looking for a lingering evening meal or cocktails before a night out, Dino’s is the place to be.

First time we've been to Dino Cafe Wine Bar - but we'll go again! Food we chose from a reasonable selection was delicious and well balanced in quantity. Rather loud to start with as we were sat near the bar area, but this died down leaving a very pleasant atmosphere for wining and dining. An excellent wine list offering a good range of wines to choose from - the wine we chose was fantastic! Overall we enjoyed a lovely evening. We'll be back!!

We visited dinos as a party of 9. Enjoyable evening had by all and everyone was happy with their meals. One thing I would ask if booking to come here again is to be on a table that has proper chairs as we were on long benches with no backs which became very uncomfortable.

This little resturant is a great find, so please don't spread the word. Its really good food, the service is really good, its a nice cosy environment, i have nothing bad to say. The chips are the best in Nottingham, the steak was tender and tasty and they make a good cocktail.

dino`s is a gorgeous little restaurant, friendly and helpful staff and above all beautiful food. even though there were 17 of us and we didn`t pre-order the food we were served in a speedy manner with most of us getting our food at the same time. barring the fajitas but you can`t have everything.
best bit, fillet steak with diane sauce, wow. done rare, perfect!
worst bit, carrot cake, dry and a bit stale. still not bad though.
all in all, i love this place.

I went to Dino's with a big group of friends to celebrate mine and my boyfriend's birthdays. I was very pleased overall, and would definetely go there again. The food took a little longer than usual to come out, the food was simple but tasted really nice! The staff handled my group of friends very well too! I have been to Dino's since and think the atmosphere is great; the restaurant in the back is very casual and relaxing, and the bar itself is absolutely amazing for cocktails. It's no coincidence the cafe is always packed full of people! Would recommend the happy hour to anyone, especially the English Summer cocktail!!

Have been to Dino's a couple of times now & the food is excellent - and great value too. Service was a bit hit & miss this time - left waiting a long time for our starters and for a quiet evening a bit disappointing. Worth the wait though and enjoyed by all.

We had an excellent lunch at Dino's. The salads were fresh and really attractively presented. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was warm. All in all I was very happy with the meal and would like to try some more of the dishes on offer.

Great food and lovely atmosphere, enjoyed live music too. Only criticisim was that the bench seats were bottom numbingly uncomfortable after several hours. We would have preferred to have been on a seperate table to other guests but understood that we were large party. Friendly helpful waitresses. Service marred slightly by receiving brandy with ice which had already started to melt. We ordered without ice and when we told the waitress and the drink replaced the ice had obviously only been lifted out as a cold watered down brandy arrived back at the table!!
All in all though only minor things and we had a great night.
