Super fish and chips, courteous and friendly service, always good value. Love this place.

Super food with good choices in a delightful restaurant. Attentive, efficient and courteous service.

Really enjoyed my mealing. Three courses with drinks for less than £25. Good value! Good choice of meals & very attentive staff.

    Good food. Slow service.

the food was well cooked and tasty but slightly slow service. My friend had the goats cheese and asked for it without the beetroot and got it just like that, it would have been nice with a bit of garnish instead.

On a very busy Saturday the service was maintained at its usual high standard. Always friendly and efficient, with super food at a good price. We will keep returning.

Always friendly, kind and efficient service. My salmon was cooked perfectly with crispy skin and well balanced accompaniments. A most enjoyable meal at a good price.

Friendly welcoming atmosphere. Food very good.

    Great as usual.

    Best Fish & chips ever.

First visit good service drinks and food was excellent we had whitebait then possibly best and fish and chips ever. My wife really enjoyed her speciality gin. We will be going back as so handy for the theatre mark & Karen Derby.

Excellent service, which was friendly and always on time but never obtrusive. The menu is not extensive but covers all the bases. Similar to a gastropub. The food was well presented and cooked well. We enjoyed it. We’ll be back.

From start to finish we had a wonderful time.

    Really enjoyed it.

An excellent meal in pleasant surroundings. Staff very welcoming and pleasant

Booked late at 5.00pm..no problem..food was excellent..wife said "Best fish & chips.." she had had in a long time..my sea bream was superb with garlic prawns and veg...the maître 'd' was great.

We had a very good meal in a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant.

A nice, relaxed lunch venue. Made welcome and food tasty.

Excellent service but atmosphere spolit by the large number of tables crammed into the dining area. There used to be more space between the tables. Otherwise the meal made a good start to the evening at the theatre.

All lovely. Nicely cooked, piping hot, lovely staff.

Very good food, service was great!

A range of light bites to share made the meal relaxed and enjoyable!

Fantastic, the staff couldn't have been nicer. Food superb, will definitely be going again!

Good service very busy. Allow plenty of time to enjoy your meal.

    Surprisingly good meal

My main course was a Salmon and Prawn dish cooked in a bag. But when it arrived it was wrapped in paper and overcooked. Not served as described at all. Didn't spoil the evening though.

Excellent food served with a friendly smile and staff who went the extra mile. If you need speedy service before an event we can recommend the Crucible Corner - and you will enjoy really delicious food too! The brisket absolutely melted in the mouth.

Really good meal. Service prompt and staff very friendly.

We arrived at 12.35pm and were eventually served our first course at 1.15 pm after asking because we were going to the theatre.
Portions were minimal/quality just under average. Cost for 2 two course meals:- £35.00

The meal was wonderful and the service excellent.

Excellent service, food and environment at The Crucible Corner. I dined with my 85yr old mum (wheelchair user) and 18yr old nieces - good menu choices and all staff very attentive and kind.
Will eat here again and recommend to friends!

Located on Tudor Square, Crucible Corner is at the epicentre of Sheffield's theatre and shopping scene, making it the go-to place for a bite to eat. The location makes it an ideal visit pre or post-theatre with family and friends. With warm, friendly service, the staff at Crucible Corner aim to make sure you have an unforgettable dining experience.

The menu features a wide range of dishes throughout the day into the evening as well as offering a variety of guest beers, lager and wine. Using quality, local produce, each dish is freshly prepared for you on site. One of the many highlights is their Sheffield Fishcake Butty, a favourite at Crucible Corner, served with a mouthwatering tartare sauce. We also recommend the delicious Crucible Burger, made from two homemade 4oz burgers, gherkin, tomato, dill mustard sauce, in a brioche bun with skinny fries.

Make sure you leave room for dessert: their Red & Black Mess Sundae is not to be missed, made from raspberry meringue, whipped cream, fresh raspberries, shortbread, liquirice ice cream, liquorice pieces and black-jack sauce - yum!

Whether you're eating out with family and friends, or just looking for a relaxed dining experience in the city centre, head to Crucible Corner for a quality food at reasonable prices!
