Highlights on the menu include White Crab and Mango Salad to start, followed by a beautiful main course of Rump of Lamb with Lamb Belly and Kidney or Trio of Middle White Pork, Confit Belly, Roast Fillet and Pork Sausages finished with a sweet red cabbage and to die-for-crackling.
