Cheikho’s Italian restaurant is situated on Church Street in the beautiful market town of Lutterworth, Leicester. From pizza to pasta and steaks to fresh fish, all dishes at Cheikho’s are prepared with passion and skill. You can expect classic combinations such as chicken cacciatora stuffed with blue cheese and wild mushrooms, wrapped in smoked bacon, pan-fried and then baked and served in a mushroom sauce; and rigatoni Carbonara cooked in a creamy egg sauce with smoked bacon. The signature dish, Yasmine Arabella, was created by Cheikho for his daughter and sees a lean fillet of beef sliced open and filled with mozzarella and king prawns before being wrapped in Parma ham laced with French mustard and flambéed with Courvoisier, sautéed with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and onions and finished with an exclusive Chateau Talbot wine and crème fraiche sauce. A comprehensive, hand-picked wine list is the perfect accompaniment to any of the stunning dishes on the menu and the staff are always on hand to give their recommendations and advice to ensure that your wines match the flavours of each dish.

Extensive menu, very helpful staff, nearby car park and well presented food - I will definitely go again. Lunch was excellent, but would try dinner next time.

Excellent reception on a saturday night, with good food and left alone by staff to enjoy the meal unless we wanted something, a jewel in Lutterworths crown, we will be back again, under £116 for 4 of us including £22 for wine.
