Keep an eye on how the experienced chefs work their magic; Grigliata di Pesce is an excellent choice of main that displays the excellence of the kitchen; a Mixed Grill of 3 fresh fish, charcoal grilled and cooked in white wine, lemon juice, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh rosemary.
Meat eaters need not worry either with a fantastic array of choice, from the authentic Lasagne al Forno with freshly made pasta to Vitello alla Milanese con Patatine. This dish consists of prime veal escalope breaded and pan fried, or try the locally produced Prime Striploin, charcoal cooked to your taste and served with French Fries.
