Supporting Nottingham’s Restaurant Community
More of Nottingham’s restaurants feel the Effects of the Credit Crunch
For those of us familiar with the Nottingham restaurant scene, the recent closures of some of the best restaurants in Nottingham has shocked us all.
Over the last few months alone around 5 restaurants in Nottingham have closed… We are talking good restaurants, that offer good food and service, ran by good people. At the risk of writing a somber post, it would be fair to assume that many people have felt sad to see some of Nottingham’s finest restaurants go under.
Unfortunately, the climate that exists at present has created this situation and it probably surprises fewer and fewer to see good business close, but these times will be short lived and things will improve.
It is fair to say that Nottingham’s restaurant community is one of the cities finest assets and I hope we can all show the level of support, for restaurants and one another at these challenging times.
