In the heart of Nottingham, just a stone’s throw away from Market Square, lies the heart of India, 4550 Miles from Delhi. Chefs have been imported from Delhi to ensure that all dishes are of the highest quality and prepared to authentic Indian recipes, adopting fresh herbs, spices and ingredients whilst avoiding all artificial colour and flavouring. The Indian restaurant offers an incredibly extensive menu, uniquely including the legendary ‘Dum Pukht’ cuisine – the food of Indian myth and fable, representing the pinnacle of Indian dining.
4550 Miles From Delhi provides a spacious, elegant contemporary mezzanine dining area, with a décor, which is jazzy and chic, whilst clean and understated. This restaurant has successfully created a relaxing and comfortable dining experience whilst truly capturing the spirit of Delhi. The open plan ‘Theatre’ kitchen injects a sense of the true hustle of bustle of Delhi life into the room. Their motto, ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ (‘the guest is truly your god’) speaks volumes about the standard of service and cuisine, which one can expect from this restaurant. What may very well be 4550 miles away now feels much closer to home.
Please note that all guests can enjoy discounted NCP car parking at only £2.50.

All seems to be good at this place. Myself and my partner enjoyed the food. One thing I would mention is the price... Unless you have some sort of offer in place, the food seemed a bit pricey.

We ordered from the Pre-Theatre Menu and the choice and amount of food was amazing for £14.95 each. Really friendly staff, great advice offered and they kindly allowed us to order something not on the set menu. Really nice restaurant and the food was very enjoyable. Will come again!

Lovely service from these guys. Pricey curry but very delicious! The vegetarian options among the best we've seen in Nottingham - i.e. the Paneer Tikka Masala. The best curry I've had in Nottingham - will visit again - with a discount code though! ;)

Nice Food and staff, lot's of choice. We asked to be moved away from the open Kitchen as it was really hot and this was not a problem for them. Would dine here again.

We have been waiting a long time to go back to 4550 since the refurb and well worth the wait it was too!! Went for the early-bird menu and was not dissapointed, the chicken karahi was superb.
